coaching & training

Mab Partners provides team and individual coaching and training. Our intensive, cutting-edge programs are playful and energetic and always customised to your specific needs. Would you like to know more? And how much time do you have?

In Central and Eastern Europe, we have collaborated with very diverse companies, for example:

For the Ariel Group, Eva has worked with clients in many parts of the world and in different industries

For Korn Ferry International (KFI), Eva has worked with clients such as Infosys, Cisco, Philip Morris, Ingersoll Rand, Tetra Pak or Bekaert.

Some examples of what we have co-created together with our wonderful clients:

We subscribe to the International Coaching Federation definition of coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.”

Our favorite client could be anyone – we have worked with a film producer, a CEO, a high potential young consultant … They are all unique. Successful in what they do. Most of them work hard (sometimes too hard) and make their teams work hard (sometimes too hard). That could be some of the issues we discuss. It really depends on you, not on us.

Because of Eva’s book, published in 2023, clients approach us with questions on creating a psychologically safe environment in their teams and encouraging creativity and innovation.

About Us

We are passionate about people development (and about many other things). Our diverse backgrounds allow us to resonate with all kinds of clients on different topics.

You have 2 minutes

In our first conversation with you, we would explore your needs more in depth – what is the ideal outcome? What would you like to change? What would you like to keep and to capitalize on? What has worked or not worked for you or your team in the past?

We can plan together several types of actions:

– at team level – a facilitation of a meeting, a team learning, team exploration, or skills training, you will decide what is best suited for your team

– at an individual level  – executive coaching (for a definition, check out the International Coaching Federation website) over a period of several months, or one-off coaching, for example to prepare for a crucial presentation or difficult meeting

– a combination of both team and individual actions

For examples of our clients and interventions, see the “Clients” section.

You have 15 minutes

You can do a lot in 15 minutes of focused thinking. Why don’t you do some thinking about the ideal outcome of the planned coaching or training on your own before talking to us? Take a pencil, a piece of paper and spend 15 minutes asking yourself the following questions:

  • Who is your audience – yourself, your peers, your team?
  • How should this audience look in 6 months (or whatever timeframe works for you) ? What would you like to change? What would you like to keep and to capitalize on? What has worked or not worked in the past?
  • What would be a good metaphor for that? For example, if today, your team reminds you of a meeting of creative hippies at Woodstock, in 6 months you would like to see it more like a highly organized and performing Roman legion? Or is it the other way round? Spend some time looking for the metaphor…
  • What is the best moment in a training/coaching you have experienced?
  • What is the worst thing that can happen during this intervention? How do we avoid that?
  • What part of this change can you “facilitate” yourself? Who else can help you achieve what you want? Do you need an external person to come in? Really? Are you still sure?

For examples of our clients and interventions, see the “Clients” section.

Congratulations!

Very few business people today admit that they have lots of time. How did you manage to do that? Maybe you should join us or tell us how you do it!
